At La Bella Vita Health and Wellness, we believe in being a partner in your health care needs. We are changing the face of health care by helping patients dispel the belief that declining health and chronic illness are a natural part of aging. We uncover health issues by obtaining detailed information of your past medical history, family history, diet, exercise and nutrient supplementation regimens. Our providers team this information with appropriate lab testing and diagnostic tools to provide a patient-centric model of medicine; one that emphasizes personal strategies and therapeutic lifestyle changes.

We witness our patients transform and reduce their risks for various preventable conditions. We have motivated patients to encourage and empower others in our community to make wise choices with their health care needs.

Our original office is in Roseburg, OR and is located at 2423 NW Troost St.

Take Exit 125- NW Garden Valley Blvd for Roseburg.

Turn left at the light onto NW Garden Valley Blvd heading west. Proceed 1.5 mi

Turn right at NW Troost St. Proceed 282 ft

Turn right into driveway at sign for La Bella Vita Health and Wellness

From Hwy 97 (the parkway) take the Revere exit and head east (turn left).

We are on the right (south) side just past the stop sign at 4th Street.

From South:

From Hwy 97 (the parkway) take the Revere exit and head east (turn right).

We are on the right (south) side just past the stop sign at 4th Street.

From East:

From Hwy 20, head towards downtown Bend. Turn right (north) on 4th St.

Continue to drive north until Revere Ave. Bear right at the stop sign. We are on your immediate right.

From West:

From downtown Bend, head east on greenwood (Hwy 20). Turn left onto 3rd St (north).

Continue until Revere Ave. Bear right at the stop light. Head through the first stop sign at 4th St. We are on the immediate right.
